i have recharge only sundirect on web but not active the plane and not change any addon.please tell me how i can active plane of sundirectdth.

Dear sir.

I had been raising a complaint on and on.. from past 20 day i a had been chasing you (SUNDIRECT) for resoving the issue... the first complaint taken on 28 th Nov 2010, and second time they have taken the complaint on 2nd december 2010 Complaint nubme is [protected], and third time they have register the complaint today [protected]. i have logged at least 10 time online. and morethan 200 time i must have called your customer care. every one is giving the falls statement and you are not responding. this is the response which i am getting from your end.

I am very sorry to say this probably you are the one ane only worst service provider in the whole world by cheating your coustomer with falls information and promises.

Expecting if you have little bit care for your customer please resolve this at the earliast.

I am A.Hyder ali Working as Vice-Pricipal in Cetral government Residial School at Chatisgrarh state in the place Chindpalli near saraipalli. I have purchased a Sun direct being a tamilian came from villupuram i have given preference to sun direct . But for past one month i am not getting all the channels due to change in direction. Regarding this compliant h have made comnplinet Raipur cistomer care and registered my ncompliants. so for my compliant was not taken seriously, daily i use to telephone to Customer Care nothing respose simply wasting of my money per Rs. 5/ is the result. i have paid Rs. 266/- for two smart card Nos.[protected] and [protected], being the advance on 11.05.2011, to avoid disconnection. kindly look into the matter advice me suitably.

PAYMENT THROUGH NET BANKING

Sun Direct recharge is done. Bank Account is debited through net banking but in the sun direct customer id there is no balance. So it is worst in comparison to any other DTH service provider.
