Sun Direct DTH - illegal deactivation

My dth connection is de activated illegally despite having recharged timely. Only criminal waste of time and money by call center staff by repeatedly asking about customer details, speaking softly, doing nothing. in 4 days a simple problem cannot dissolved, even by senior department. Smart card no 41144096710.
