i am not able to check balance amount which i have recharged throw net

How to activate the recharge card in sun direct DTH

Sun Direct Add on packs are not avilable in AIrcel outlets in gurgaon they dont know what the sundirect add on packs

I am using sun direct dth home service from last few months. My smart card Id is-r[protected] and box no. is- H[protected]. I have recharged my account with Rs.-400/- on dated 22.05.2009. But till date my setup box is not working. I complaint to customer care for this isse but i hav't received any positive responce. please look into this matter urgently.

Sun direct recharge on Add On Pack is not at all activated .My smart card id is [protected] and i rechaeged for 100 rupees. But no responce at all. awaiting early responce.

I recharge add on pack for star cricket, b4 2 hours and spoke to customer care they told me to switch off and switch on...after that also its not working... customer care service is very poor...it is very difficult to catch customer care person. pls look in to the matter and try to give good support to customers.

sir i recharge add on back for star cricket .i was dry to 6 hours, not responce and did not reach your customer phone any time i should make call its told number busy busy busy. please sent your correct phone number. very poor phone nu.

iam jamuna devi iam usin sundirect last 14 months now iam reacharched my sundirect but till two my sundirect was not working.it always shows the message "service is currenty scrambled.

Yesterday (20/4/15) night online recharged thruh Axis bank. In the Axix bank debited Rs175 But the Sundirect not recharged for the smart card number [protected].
