[Resolved] Sundaram Mutual Fund — Dividend grievance | |||
SIr, THis is to state to you that SUndaram Mutual Fund has been skipping dividend since 2009. I am writing repeatedly to them since Jan 2011 on this subject and they have not yet not responded to me. Dividends amounting to Rs Rs 1012.61 and Rs. 810.09 are epnding since 2009. Inspite of repeatedly communicating to them, they have done nothing from their part to address this concern of a stake holder. The dividend amount Rs. 1012.61 has been sent to the city of Jodhpur according to their records, and I am from Kolkata. I am surprised to hear this. This is a callous behaviour and nonetheless, this bears no significance to me since this looks like a different person. The other amount os Rs. 810.09 has not been credited, and for this they have not mentioned any reason. FOr the past few months I am exchangign emails with them , and there as been no action on their part from their end. To this end, they have stopped emailing me as well. Thanks for your message! Few points:
1. I have submitted the written letter to Sundaram AMC, Kolkata on 12th March.
2. The mail reference number of my conversation with Sundaram is[protected]'. Folio number is 1469047/54.
The consignment which was mindlessly delivered to Jodhpur is :
C[protected]Dec-2010 chennai jodhpur Delivered VIMLA 0 11:30 13-Dec-2010
Please note that I am from Kolkata. I just cannot understand why the consignment would land at Jodhpur.
The other amount of Rs. 810.09 is lying somewhere, which SUndaram has no clue about. This is a case where the company is unwilling to pay and has absolutely stopped any mail communication inspite of me having written to them many times.

Hi,
Ask your financial advisor (from whom you made investments in sundaram ), probably he mentioned the wrong address in application form or KYC.
Ask sundaram guys to make stop payment for earlier cheque they issued and send divided amount via NEFT, do mention ur MICR code and IFSC code in rwquest letter.

The problem here is, SUndaram is not interested in shelling out the dividend. I have written innumerable mails to them over the past few months, There has been no aaction from them. There should have been a reply saying they are lokoing into the matter or whatever had their intention was to give back the dividend. My bank mandates are all updated, and if they desire to allocate dividend, they can.. How can I explain this mindless act of couriering dividend checque to a different city and thereafter taking no responsibility?

I have made numerous complaints by directly visting your office everyday.The office staff there have turned a blind eye and give no proper response .

We have given for reddomption on 09.09.11 still date we have not received any information regarding my reddomption i m loosing interest from my investment.
You are suppose to give reply immediatly. my folio no is 2785097/95 & 2833918/05
Secondly we have hand over to anand office personaly. In charge person not responding well. we have inquired so many time they told that reddomption is already done but so far we have not received payment from your side.
If payment not received in week then i will go to consumer court.

There is nothing much to worry all you need to do is .
-write a request letter to sundaram, mentioning your concern .
-do mention that you havn't got any dividend, to proof attach a bank statement for the same period .
Still if there is any confusion .mention your Folio No and Fund name .
