SUB: proceeds from the redeemed units not yet received for FOLIO # SBBNAA109902! By what date should i be receiving the dd/cheque ?

Dear Sir/Madam;

I,VIVEK RAMESH GANDOTRA,having FOLIO # SBBNAA109902;had invested in Sundaram Select Small Cap which has matured on the 22nd Feb 2012.till now i still haven't received the redemption proceeds .a company rep.mr.kamlesh said in an e-mail reply on the 27/02/2022 that the cheque has been dispatched.but till now i haven't received the cheque/dd!.i had again called on the 02/march/2012.the lady told me that the cheque has been dispatched by speed post on the 01/march/2012 whose number is ET[protected]IN .please note that the message that i get online is that the 'consignment not found'.would sundaram mutual please explain that how much time it need send the cheque/dd at my residence? whenever i call up i get a standard reply from your company reps that the proceeds have been dispatched and i should be receiving it shortly.please may i know when will i be receiving the proceeds? note that I am not at all interested in any of your other investment schemes.
