it is with great agony that clausness shown by some employees of your deptt. i have a indian gas connection under the number 5137 it is book by your dealer dated on[protected] but the gass not deleved by the dealer and says that there is no any booking for the same. for line dealer say that we will take the delavery after the pay extra on black marketing. #[protected]

hi i am the customer of the Sunder Shyam Enterprises. and my cust.no. is 11493 . i have booked my lpg cylinder on 15/02/2008 after going through the article published in the newspaper in which it promised to provide lpg cylinder to the customer within three daysif booked online but i have not recieved the cylinder even after one week . i fail to realize why these company make promise when they are incapabale of providing the services

weight cylenders for last 3 months. and every month i called(phone) to sunder shyam enterprises but they could not pickup the phone and i have no time to go to sunder shyam enterprises.this time my gas cylender weight is 27 kilogram.last time the weight was 25 kilogram.what will i do. please helps ous

sunder shyam enterprises — Exceptional Delay in Refilling LPG Cylinder

Hi,

I am Rishi Gaurav Gupta, resident E-20, East Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 59.

We have a LPG connection with Sunder Shyam Enterprises, Janak Puri, in the name of R.C. Satyamurthi vide connection number 610. We placed a refilling request with the distributor on 31st Jul 08 but till date they haven't reverted. This has been happening from several months now. Every time we need to follow up with them number of times and only then we can secure the LPG cylinder. The reason supplied by the distributor is "Shortage of supply from the company".

This time they even demanded the proof of connection with the identity proof which was supplied to them on time, but still no response from them is received.

Request you to please look into the matter.

I also request you to please revert if I am not contacting the correct person so that together we can bring things to normal and make our standard of living better.

I booked for refill cylinder on 16/01/2009 vide booking no. 11028.the gas cylinder not delivered at my address till now.I have reminded at the gas agency five time but no result.when I approched the delivery boy, he told that he is not getting the cylinder.

My Consumer No. is 30913 and I booked my cylinder on 16 jan 2009 vide booking No. 11028 but no delivery of cylinder made to me yet. thereafter I booked my cylinder on 11 feb 09 via phone booking (booking No.43 ), When I approached the gas agency I found no record of booking of 11 feb 09 so I booked again on 17 feb 09 wide booking No.10396, but no delivey of gas cylinder is made to me yet. whereas the gas is being sold in Rs 550/-. I want to know that, Is there any solution of such type of irregularities.in this country.
