We booked a gas and it got delivered after 3-4 days. Have to remind several time regarding gas delivery.
And the gas cylinder which delivered got over in 10 days and when I complaint agency said catch hold of deliver boy and re book your cylinder .
They are not doing anything. I don't no why these people sitting in office doing nothing. Cylinder which booked again still not got delivered it has been 4 days again .

i am receiving a message that they are unable to book my cylinder by saying contact to your agency. i have call to sunder shyam agency lot of times but their number showing Not Reachable, Engage all time. i am trying there numbers[protected], [protected]. because of this i have to buy cylinder...

Delay in delivery of Gas Cylinder

I made a booking of LPG Cylinder on 22 November 2014. Consumer number CX13844612 and the reference number for the booking is 484857. I haven't received the cylinder yet. Every time we call the agency they just postpone the delivery.
We have been trying to contact them every day and every day they postpone it. I would really appreciate if we can get help in getting the cylinder ASAP....

Lpg supplier poor service
LPG Provider, Sunder Shyam Enterprises located at A1/B20 Janakpuri provides very poor service. Their system of noting requirements of cylinders is pathetic. Phone is either engaged or no one picks up. It is very bothersome to get a simple thing like getting a cylinder refil. They should have alternate systems to accept request on the web and also through SMS. Even if they already have these, they are not intimating these to customers....

I am a consumer of Indane gas and my consumer No. is 30913 and at present I am attached with SUNDER SHYAM ENTERPRISES, JANAKPURI.
