To Mr.Katsumi Takata, Chairman MOTORCYCLE INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED 100 southex plaza, 389 masjid moth, south extension II New Delhi, national capital territory of Delhi India-110049 Subject: Lack of Workers and Service Respected Sir, I buyed Suzuki Access in Dec 2009. I shifted from Hyderabad to Kakinada in Andhra Pradesh. Here I gave my scooter for service in your service center (Kantipudi SUZUKI service center, KAKINADA) today morning they told they will give scooter tomorrow evening, Even everywhere and in other companies if you give bike/scooter they can give delivery by evening or afternoon on the same day. Not only me there are many people who are facing the problem today morning at service center, If we give our scooter for service we need to get an alternate bike/scooter for the 2 days of service. This is too bad, as they are saying lack of workers and also service options. I did not face this type of problem anywhere before. Please take care of this issue and try to solve as soon as possible, If not many of your customers face problems day by day. This is one of your Customer from Rajahmundry at (Andhra Pradesh).Sir we have booked Suzuki Access since two and half months back but still now there is no response from your side. Very very bad service .please develop your Delivery period.
