Symphony — service concern
Dear Mr.Murugan,This has reference to our discussion on the subject . I would like to place on record the un professional response by you staff from Sree Sha ( authorized service centre) in chennai. The technician attended by service request & given an estimate to replace pumping motor for the cooler & taken service charge of Rs 200 & subsequently , when I called your service centre after two days for requesting replacement of the same.
The staff in the reception , had bluntly refused to take the request mentioning that there is no services in my area & it can be possible only after sourcing more service in my area, they will consider the job request. The lady had even told me that “ Just because you are free , you can’t expect our people to serve you & banged the phone”
How could a company of your status, can employ such in decent people to jeopardize the brand image ??. Pls note, nobody had even called to rectify the problem in spite of your interference since Tuesday ( 21/05/2012)

Symphony — Unsatisfactory Performance
I have purchased Symphony Winter Model this April but the movement of the cooler is not good as soon as i move the cooler the wheels of cooler come out and thus the chances are there that cooler may fall down. I have taken this cooler just because of easy moving and now it not giving performance accordingly.
