I purchased symphony sumo 75xl desert cooler on 6 month before.in the 6 month I am facing so many issues in that cooler.i that cooler if i on means shock will occur in the full body.yesterday my 10 month baby unfortunately touch that she will shocked.i complaint about issue with the technician.they will change the cooler pump 3 times again the same issue i am facing.so again i am not do service.i want the replacement of the product.technician team told due over voltage only this will happen they told for that I installed the inline stabilizer for home now my home voltage is 210v only.so take necessary action against it and change the product.i purchased this product in darling electronics Cuddalore.
