[Resolved] Symphony Air Cooler — PUMP

I am a Symphony air cooler customer of their product model JUMBO. i had bought the product from in May 09. My complaint is about the pump of the cooler which is not working since 01/06/2009, i have been complaining regularly from 5/06/2009 but there is no concrete action. prabhat jain behind Sasuji Restorent, Navrangpura, CG Road, Ahmedabad 380009 Cell [protected] Was this information helpful? PURCHASED A WATER COOLER ON 07.04.2010.WTHIN A MONTH ITS SWING SYSTEM WAS
NOT WRKING I MADE A COMPLAINT IN 15.4.2010 BUT WAS NOT SOLVED AT THAT TIME,custamer care very poor,your delar jainsons -tirunelveli stops not responting ,showroom used aircooler delivered for me
AND SUBSEQUENTALLY SEASON WAS NOT FOR COOLER AND I FORGET THAT COMPLAINT

I have purchased a Symphony Air Cooler(Jambo) last year. Now it is not working due to water pump not working and water dripping out. So it is request to send a service engineer with pump and other spares. I also send a mail to your customer care.

I hope you must under stand the customer's complaints and hope for your best service as soon as possible.
