Symphony Air Coolers — Pathetic service | |||
It seems that the products sold by Symphony air coolers are meant for discarding them as trash after 1/2 years ? there is no after sales support in Kolkata even when I am ready to pay all the charges, the people at the service center are useless bunch who are prompt in telling the cost of spares/services only to forget about doing the job. my complain booked on 10/4/13 CTC-10D13007, I may have made a dozen calls to them but they seem to be least bothered, even the call made to their head office at Ahmedabad is of no use so be informed about the consequences of buying their product at least in Kolkata.
