SYMPHONY COMFORT — No After Sales Service

I had purchased a Symphony Portable Room Air Cooler Serial No ( [protected] ), on 16-06-09. from M/s Saha & Sons Agency Bari Bazaar Munger BIHAR.

After a fortnight the water pump stopped working. After Numerous phone calls, for its' rectification, to the distributor there was No response.

The Distributor says he's merely a seller of the product and the onus of repair / warranty lies with the company, The customer service of the company asks to get in touch with the distributor. the purchaser is being harassed, and being made to run from pillar to post.
I have a symphony water cooler.Its air directional movement is not working& its cooling pads have given their life.No agency is repairing these things around chattisgarh area.Pl HELP.
Symphony is a fraud company. They will never listen to your complaint.
I am facing pump problem since 15 days but they are giving excuses and not repairing it.
Never buy any symphony product.

I am suffering , mentally harassment from SYMPHONY COMFORT SYSTEMS LTD as well as dealer of symphony NAME " SHREE SIDDHI VINAYAK ELECTRICAL "2,SANGAM COMPLEX ,NEAR
AKHBARNAGAR CIRCLE,NAVA WADEJ,AHMEDABAD-13. Contact Person is Mr. SIDDHARTH, MOBILE [protected] , I had purchase Symphony Jumbo Cooler from the dealer on dated 19/04/2011
serial no. 3A0210E66951,given cash of Rs. 7100/-. After installing the cooler, the cooler body was bending day by day from the tank side. It was broader and broader as well as its window was dry
while cooler is running,(within 15 days problem was rectified). Then after I have complained to dealer a lot (approx 50-100 times, person making me fool from last one and a half month and committed
that they will replace cooler, since it was a manufacturing fault. Then after I have contacted to Direct Symphony Company, but nobody came and checked the present condition of cooler. I am much
mentally harass and this is ridiculous , I am expecting a good service-support from company like symphony but fact is that, once you paid money the company will never support. I want the company

just in 10 days after purchasing new cooler its water pump is not working & after complaining in service centre the person responded after 2/3 days.

thats not the end the persons who came on 25.04.2011 said that water pump needs to be replaced but they are not having new pump so they will be coming the next day in morning i.e on 26th morning but they did not responded till afternoon.After calling them on phone they replied that they are on some other place & will not be able to come as informed.

What should a person can do if such is behaviour of this type of company.
its better never to purchase such companys products.

If my cooler is not repaired today then
i will be forced to lodge compliant in CONSUMER FORUM.
I am totally agreed with all above. Symphony is a fraud company. I bought Symphony Winter from Seva Electronics Raipur, they supplied me defective cooler and now he is not agree to replace it. On complaint owner of Seva Electronics told me that I have to log service call and service engineers may repair my defective cooler. Attention all never faith on brand SYMPHONY.

Symphony suffers from Marketing Myopia..NO Service after they have made the sale

After repeatedly calling their service centre I think I am lucky enough to get a service request number request. The request number is FA-AV-4G13014. And the message said the service would be provided within 24 hours.But after that a long silence, no response from their customer service branch. I am repeatedly calling them but the only answer I am getting from them is it will be done by tomorrow. I hope people reading this
take caution while buying the company's product.

VISIT, RECEIVED PHONE CALL AND THEY CANCELLED COMPLAINT WITHOUT VISIT
OR REVOLVED . TALK TO PRAMOD [protected] THE REFUSE TO ATTEND THE
COMPLAINT AND SAID RE BOOK YOUR COMPLAINT WE HAVE CLOSE THE SAME.


HOPE U WILL SHORT OUT SHORTLY OTHERWISE I WILL MOVE TO CONSUMER COURT AGAINST YOUR BAD
SERVICES .
