[Resolved]  Symphony Cooler — NOT COOLING

SYMPHONY COOLER IS WORST THAN ALL LOCAL COOLERS. I HAD MADE MISTAKE BY BUYING SYMPHONY COOLER.SERVICE VERY WORST( NEVER EXPECT YOUR PROBLEM WILL SOLVE ).AFTER SELLING THE DEALER THEY ARE FREE FROM YOUR PROBLEM.DON'T GO TO BUY ANY PRODUCT OF SYMPHONY.IT IS WORST AND WORST PRODUCT.

I had taken the cooler on 1st APRIL 2010 From BAIDEHI HOME CARE,KRISHNAPARK,DEVLI ROAD,KHANPUR.While i had open the new cooler there are broken Wheels found and it takes 3-4 days to repair.After that i used the cooler with water.But it is not cooling a small room or throw coll air from it.When i had made complaint on symphony customer care they provide me the contact details of AQUA GREAT ENTERPRISES,LAXMI NAGAR. My complait no is AD02511.One executive came and told i can't solve this problem.The company engineer will come and solve this.It happened on 25th APRIL 2010.I asked for a receipt but he didn't give.While i called again to direct symphony customercare no- +[protected].they told we can't do anything and always told talk this person KHUSAD( [protected]) But he told i didnot handle your area and we will call you .Today i called Mr.Suresh Chandra who is service provider of AQUA GREAT ENTERPRISES But he told me winter is not cooliong more than jumbo and you can complaint on Consumer forum for this.We can't help you on this matter.The shop owner also told like this.What i'll do please inform me on this no-[protected]

On 13th May, 2009, I have purchased a Symphony Air - Cooler (Winter) from M/s. Adith Electronics, 7-1-616, Rahmath Complex, Ameerpet ‘X’ Roads, Hyd-16. At the end of the season (June 2009), I have cleaned it and kept it aside by covering it.. With the on set of this summer, i.e. from 4th April, 2010, I took out the Cooler and poured water in it and started the Cooler, To my surprise, the fan was running but there is no cooling at all. Immediately, I rang up the Telephone Number of the Service Center shown on the warranty Card i.e. 27602144. The voice of Lady Employee (by name Laxmi) came on the line and I told her about my problem. However, she refused to take my Complaint and instead informed that their Service Center would not take up any Air Cooler Complaints which are under Warranty period.

On 5th April, 2010, again I approached the Dealer M/s. Adith Electronics at Ameerpet and again informed about my problem. In turn, he spoke to one Sri Srikanth over phone[protected] and informed about my complaint (No.400 dt.[protected] problem. To this, Mr.Srikanth has informed the Dealer that he would send the Service Center Mechanic within 2-3 days and since then, none has turned up at my residence to look into my complaint, till date.

Again on 21st April, 2010, when I got in touch with the Dealer M/s Adith Electronics that they speak to the Service Center to look in to my complaint, the Dealer gave me another Phone No.23468022. When I spoke this Number, I was informed that, the service Mechanic would attend the complaint within 2-3 days i.e. after[protected]. But in vain.

After purchasing a branded product like (Air-Cooler - “Symphony” Winter) from your concern, I had to undergo sleepless nights for the last one and half months. This only goes to show as to how you care about customer’s grievance. Since I have no other with regard to my complaint, I am compelled to knock the door of Consumer Forum in Hyderabad, for redressal of my grievance.

I agree. I bought a cooler on 20th March 2010 and 3 days back, there was a huge flash and the cooler stopped working. Its been 3 days now, but no one has come to attent the problem. Everytime I am complaining, they give some or the other excuse. They dont have a complaint number in the Symphony website too.
I AM TOTALY agree with you guys. Symphony doesn't provide good support or service. I have been calling Mr. Khursheed and Suresh Chandra(AQUA GREAT ENTERPRISES, LAXMI NAGAR) both not responding. I bought a symphony jumbo jr. It is priced around 5000 and doesn't cool at all. Initaillly it had started throwing water and current. but now it had stoped water consumption and still leaves electricty current
Symphony is a fraud company. They will never listen to your complaint.
I am facing pump problem since 15 days but they are giving excuses and not repairing it.
Never buy any symphony product.
septic tank cleaning service is most better then the symphony cooler service.Never buy any symphony product.
