[Resolved] T. R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd. — Over 3-weeks to repair and deliver the car | |
Sir/Madam, This is to be taken to notice that My Maruti Zen Estilo Car (No. DL8c NB1220) was handed over to Mr. Meraz of Sahibabad Branch Workshop of T. R. Sawhney Motors (for an accidental claim repairing on) 01st November 2009. It is more than 3-weeks now and so far the work has not been completed in spite of my repetitive requests and appeals. Meraz have been promising me since long time for the delivery of the car in next one or two days but I fail to understand how long are his these 1~2 days. Even worse, for last four days he is stating the car to be in painting shop. Can he or any member of his team explain me how long will it take to paint one Bonnet and one Bumper of the car? Does it take as long as more than 4-days? He is so careless and irresponsible that he never even thinks of giving a reply call to the customer updating about the status and informing the delay I delivery from the promised dates. In fact, it’s not his fault. This is inbuilt in all staff members of this firm and what I came to know is that this is in fact their trade mark of working style. HATS OFF…!!! No Regards, Only regret that I choose you as my service provider….!! I find them as the worst service provider who never cares for its customers. T. R. Sawhney Motors Pvt. Ltd., is most unreliable, unhonest and non-responsive service centre. Never give your car here...No wonder that is why they have very less work.

I am Raza Ahmed s/o Habibur Rehman, C-228/14 A, Street no 10, chauhan banger, new seelampur, Delhi-110053. I live on this address. I have a car Maruti Suzuki VERSA DL2CZ 3923. For servicing of my car, I give to nearby service center. The name of that service center is T.R SAWNEY, East Gokulpur, at Main Wazirabad road,Delhi-110094. We gave car to T.R SAWNEY for repairing, because battery got down frequently. Our car got stopped, therefore we brought our car to T.R Sawney’s service center. We told them the reason of stopping the car. Because our car whole wiring changed by T.R sawney since wiring got damaged by rats. Wiring changed on this date 21/8/11. And we paid the bill worth Rs 8977 /-. Now still our car stopped frequently and battery got down. We told service supervisor about this problem then they denied us for taking our car for repairing and he told us that your wiring changed warrantee have been over and because of this we cannot take your car. Neither they told us about warranty policy in writing in the bill nor they told us orally. Then we told them do repairing of our car we are ready to pay the bill of repairing. Then they took our car for repairing. Then they called us after 2, 3 hours and they told us we cannot repair your car. We asked the reason for not doing repairing of our car. Then they give us different different excuses. And they said us took back your car from service center which we did not bring it. It seems looks like that they give us trouble intentionally. The reason of this giving trouble to us is that we previously filed a case against T.R sawney in the court. The court case no is 150/11. And if we told us about that case filed against them regarding car then they told us we don’t get fear from such kind of cases. And tell us took back your car and we did not bring back our un repair car from service station. We have a compelled ness is that we don’t have any maruti service station nearby our place. For this they give us more trouble. Kindly help us. For this our un repaired car could get repaired. If we don’t get any response urgently then we will add this complaint in the previous running case in the court in front of judge.
