Dear Selvan,

The PUK code is 15754131 after entering PUK it will ask for the PIN number and it would be 0000 OR 1234 by default, two times you have to give the same PIN no. And whenever you switch off the mobile it will ask for the PIN-you have to give the same PIN if not the SIM will get blocked.

my sim pin was blocked and asking for puk code... after entering the puk code... i entered the pin code... after repeated wrong entering of pin... now when ever i switch on my cell it is showing sim card rejected... i have my very important contacts in the sim... and my important calls come on the t24 sim... sooo i plz request u too look for it and do something regarding it... my t24 no is - [protected]... and my sim no is[protected] 30127... my alternate no is [protected]...
please please consider this request as urgent...

T-24 — Blocked PUK

I have a T-24 SIM having number [protected]. The PUK is blocked and the SIM is inactive. I am unable to use the SIM and ur customer care has not been very helpful. An early reply is solicited.

The outgoing calls facility is blocked on my T24 number- [protected], pls look into it urgently! I have been calling your customer care number but noone is responding there! is this the kind of service you offer to your customers?????

Some of your customer care person says that I will have to buy a new sim! what the hell is this? you guys are just harassing your customers like this, you all just need to be dragged to the consumer court! just wait and watch now!
