[Resolved] Taj Florist — Selected Bucket was not delivered and that too delayed. | |
I ordered a Orchid Bucket to be delivered in Jodhpur, order no:TF[protected] I called up on [protected](no given on the site: www.tajflorist.com) and confirmed with them if this order could be done, a lady from there confirmed this. When the order arrived at the destination, it was not a Orchid bucket that was shown on the site, rather it was a cheap rose bucket with 5 roses and some seasonal flowers, I particularly asked for Orchid bucket and paid premium price for that. Also this order was to be delivered before 12:00 Noon, as commited verbally as well as on the site, but the order got delivered at 02:00 PM. Furthermore, I've been calling Taj Florist's number( [protected]) since afternoon, but no one is picking the phone, they don't have a basic sales courtesy to pick up the call. It has been a really frustrating experience with Taj Florist, I would expect a appropriate punishment for these stores, which downgrades people's faith in e-commerce as well having such a poor customer care cell.
