Hi, I had placed the order to deliver a bouquet and a chocolate cake to Chennai. I must say the payment proceedings were in no time. But the Delivering of flowers were not presentable at all. 1.You will not believe that the flowers were wrapped in an old newspaper instead of a colourful decoration paper, 2. And the cake was worst. There was very cheap chocolate cream iced over a plum cake. 3. And a so called delivery boy (Who was a rickshaw OLD man with a old rag bag with disgusting clothes) 4. And the telephone operator had very good manners (Sarcastic Comment) that she was cutting the call in between while enquiring about the order placed. On the whole The cake was not presentable at all !!! AND I SPENT FOR ALL THIS FOR 1000 BUCKS. WORST EVER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. IF YOU GUYS ARE MONEY MOTIVE I AM SORRY I WILL NOT ENCOURAGE ANY OF MY KNOW PEOPLE / FRIENDS / RELATIVES TO GO WITH YOUR WEBSITE TO DELIVER ANY OF YOURS. VALUE THE MONEY AND PROVIDE SERVICE ACCORDINGLY.
