[Resolved]  Taj Florist — No delivery of Valentine Gift of Rs 1475

So far my worst experience of having ordered flowers from your site for my fisrt valentine after my marriage. The site is: http://www.tajflorist.com/ There is no facilty to call you people, either the phone is switched off/unreachable/ or the concerned person doesnt pick up. There is no intimated time given on status. Do you guys think we are fools to sit at home the entire day on such an occasion to wait when you will deliver us the flowers at our doorstep? There is no name or the contact number of the delivery boy. I think I will have to put this case in the consumer court. Insipte of writing so many times, you people do not even make an effort to apologise or call back on the given number. There has been no courteous behavior from your end. I have been waiting since 10 am in morning to have some sort of an update from your end. Its almost 5 pm and you guys have ruined it all. You should stop this business if you cannot satisfy the customer. My entire money of Rs1475 has been wasted and I regret having coming to your site.
