Thalash "The cheaters" MISUSED MY IDENTITY IN UNITED STATES OF AMERICA (that was taken from an internet transaction, I made using my citizens bank debit card) TO STEAL MONEY FROM MY ICICI CREDIT CARD IN INDIA BY THALASH "
Initially they offered to give back my money ... but later they went back on their words.... Iam going to screw up this cheaters...
Here I want to warn other potential customers ( VICTIMS actually)... Please never ever give your bank details to Talash.com or their other front end like evyapar.com( there are hell lot of them to cheat the max number of people)...
First of all, we would like to inform you that the customers enter their credit/debit card information for making the payment for their purchases is not stored anywhere in our database. This is because, once the customer clicks on the button to move further to make the payment, they leave our website and is directed to the concerned payment gateway's page which is not our service. That payment gateway is the service provider.
Secondly, please note that we are in this business for more then 10 years and no such company can survive so long if they are in to such practice which you have said. As stated earlier to you as well as your wife by Ms. Kalpana Hotlani many a times, please visit the About Us page on our website for more information.
Thirdly, with regard to your concern about the phone calls, please note that our team had also tried many a times to contact you and your wife since they were successful in convincing our business partner to accept one of the products out of 2. Neither you nor your wife turned up. Also, when Ms. Kalpana sent you 2 consecutive reminders i.e. a call on 06/10/2010, email on 07/09/2010 and second reminder on 08/09/2010 to provide your contact number since you were not reachable on the one you have provided.
Please excuse us because you have given an incorrect statement here. You have stated that "One lady "Kalpana Hotlani" told me they will give back the money stolen from my credit card.. but later they went back on their words... Iam going to screw up this cheaters...".
She received your reply the very next day she sent you the second reminder. Your reply to the email doesn't comprise of your contact number and all the things which had written were not at all helpful to her in order to resolve your issue. Moreover, you complained about the quality of the products which you smartly brought to our notice after so many days of the delivery of both the products. We have a question here. Why were we not informed about the quality of the products as soon as the recipient received the parcel.
Finally, every online gifting and shopping company have got their own Terms and Conditions as well as FAQ'a on their website. Generally, it is the practice of every online shopper to check the Terms and Conditions and FAQ's before placing their order. It has been clearly mentioned on our website that "In case of all non-perishable items (except for custom-made items), the request for return / replacement shall be submitted within 3 days of receipt of the items". You sent us the request for returning the item after almost a month. Then also Ms. Kalpana entertained it and convinced our business partner to take back one of the products. You delayed in providing us the required images and also when you provided the images, they were of one product as damaged and the other as packed. No one would accept the return of the product in such cases.

I am with you. I own a IT company in India. I am also cheated by them . I have ordered Microwave which has not been delivered by them. Neither I got any mail from them or call on the number I gave. I forgot the order num, thats my mistake but i have the bank details.
Here in UK the websites like amozon.com etc even return Pence 1 of we say we are not satisfied and these cheaters didnt even contacted anyone to deliver in India.
I am only going to give 2 days. If order not delivered, then I ll tel them wts the result of doing a fraud with an IT guy.
It seems that you are the latest to suffer from talash.com, unfortuntely i have also suffered, my sister had ordered a Samsung phone from Canada on Talash.com. It has been 10 days now and it has not yet been delivered here in India, these guys are not picking up the phone nor replying to the mails.
On top of that, when i enter the order number on the website along with the email id, it says the order is not valid. We need to do something about this ASAP, zillion people have suffered from this website and it is weird that the site is still functional. It is time we take as stringent action against them.
