Tara homeopathy clinic is charging me three times than the actual price told by them for the treatment.

Dear sir/madam,

I had registered for the Hair fall treatment at TARA Homeopathic clinic.
At the time of consultation they described the kind of treatment and the charges required for it.
The details they provided me at the time consultation are as follows:-

1. Total duration of the treatment - 3 months
2. Medicines and check up - Homeopathic medicines and oils.
3. Charges - INR - 5000 rs. (no extra charges other than this.)
4. consultation charges :- 300 rs.

After knowing the total amount of charges required for the treatment, I paid them the consultation charges as well as the treatment charges through debit card on the same day.
The treatment started after that.

Now my concern here is that -

1. After 1 month TARA Clinic is now asking me for renewal of the treatment and asking me to pay 5000 rs. more for continuing the treatment(in the second month) and this will be also applicable for the third month as well.

2. Now question here is why they did not tell me this in advance that renewal needs to be done after each month and you have to pay 5000 rs. each month ?
in short the treatment cost now has gone to 15,000 (5000 rs. each month) which is simply a fraud / cheating.
they did fraud/cheated me by saying treatment will be done for only 5000 rs. No information was given about the renewal of the treatment at the time of consultation.

3. If they would have told me these are the total charges of the treatment (15000 rs.) i would have rejected their offer because I can’t afford 15,000 rs. for this treatment.

4. They cleverly fooled me by letting me know this renewal thing after 1 month is over.

5. My treatment has been discontinued now by them. they are not providing me the further treatment until I renew it and pay them 5000 each for the next two months.

Their claims to this –
1. They are saying that we told this renewal thing(charges per month) to every customer and by mistakenly they did not tell me( Up to what extent this is true I don’t know).

2. They are asking me to go for other treatments as a solution to this problem, which is completely illogical as I opted for 3 months treatment.

so I request you to please go through the case and let me know what kind of help i can get from your side for investigating the actual facts.
As now I am feeling very helpless after getting fooled by a renowned clinic. I seek your urgent help in this matter.
I Hope I get justice in this case of Fraud.

hi i am from mysore. i took the treatment from tara clinic. i lost hairs in front side portion. when i consulted before treatment they told i will get hairs in the front side portions after finishing treatment for three months . after three months also i didnt saw any improvement. they told u will get hairs after 4 to 5 months. i was using their oils and shampoos in between. after 5 months i went now they are telling its a dead area and i wont get hairs in that portions. in this 8 months of treatment almost 6 doctors have been changed. and nobody knows kannada and they speak only hindi not even english.. now they are not responding correctly. dont get fooled like me.. simply waste of 16500 rs

dear m also in same condition, the owner of tara homeopathy clinic mr rakesh patel. and he is a fake person he was not a dr. and his all clinic and business is also not registered. in any form 1st any body open a homeopathy clinic then it is most the owner should a homeopathy clinic and clinic was registered to homeopathy council. and all dr have license to practice but in tara all are froad. this is the no of

Tara Clinic Jaipur, Nera Sahkar Bhawan-
This Is a Biggest Fraud Firm...i lost lost my hard working 20000 in 3 months...they only have female Doctors and they talk to you only for your money..Tara Clinic dont know how to treat with hairs..
If you want to loose your money/time and self confidence then you can go there..

his is worst treatment i have ever done for hair growth at Jaipur, Doctors cheat poor people by charging heavily without any results .doctors are not experienced, looks fresh pass out students from college and do practicing and experiments on patients as part of their study, As they know that no one will come there by mouth publicity, they do much marketing on net, cable and newspapers to bring patients and cheat them. Don't do the treatment unless u r mad .tara homeo should return money of cheated people otherwise the sameor more bad effect should come on personal life of doctors, this is my expectation from god.i have lost my hard earning 20000 Rs and my self confidence

Thanks...for the got published this issue..I am just thinking to start treatment from tara after seen adv. in newspaper. Just before five minutes I have also requested for Appointment from Tara homeo's Website. After that from search results I have also opened consumer court's links..and me bach gaya...

I also had a bad experience with the Tata clinic. they are bad people and looting the public.
they first take registration charges and signature on papers and then tells the huge treatment charges like 7000 pm.

dear friends, yesterday i went to tara clenic, kanpur and paid rs300 of consultation charge. i saw that a girl sit inside the room but there is no electricity. she told me as all above things i.e. rs.6000/month charge and after that renewal every month. but i feel that girl didn't a doctor and they are making the fool to peoples so don't go there. there is only time and money waste.

and thanks to all my friends, i avoid the treatment as per your suggestions.
