[Resolved]  Tata Aig — Rejection of Car Insurance Claim

Hello,

I have Tata AIG Car Insurance Policy, No.[protected].

I have given my Car MH12 CK 7632 for accidental repair to Sanjay Hyundai Bhosari Pune on 11 May 2013.

Claim no is[protected] dt 11 May 2013 - 09:43 am.

After assessment on 14 May 13 only (after 3 days), TATA AIG has given "Go Ahead" for repair to Sanjay Hyundai.(Repair Assessment Cum Processing Sheet copy attached).

Based on that, Sanjay Hyundai had started the repair work and make Car ready for delivery.

Surprisingly, I have got a call from TATA AIG on 21 May 13, that your Claim has not Passed due to some Old damages on Car.

BUT TILL THAT TIME, VEHICLE WAS REPAIRED BASED ON CLAIM CLEARANCE GIVEN BY TATA AIG BY SANJAY HYUNDAI.

This Claim should have rejected at the time of assessment only, and Should not have given clearance for repair to Sanjay Hyundai.

Due to this I am not able to take my car from sanjay hyundai and suffering lot due to this issue.

Need your support to pass the claim of repair by Tata AIG.

Tata AIG Claim — Insurance Claim

Sir, i am living in Gohana and doing job in Delhi. I am having Chvrolet Beat ( Top Model ) I met with an accident on 05.05.2011 and my car was damaged from left side. Due to busy schedule i was unable to reach the nearest Chevrolet showroom for repairs and after two weeks on 17.05.2011 i went to Badhwar Auto , Rohtak for repair . They asked to come on Monday 23.05.2011 and further they will do the needful work done on it. But today i.e on 04.06.2011 they refused to repair the car as they said the surveyor ( Mr. M.S. Uppal ) of the said TATA AIG Insurance company refused for the claims as that accident is old one and return the car to me. If a common man will suffer like this how can we trust on them. I am so much upset after getting my car in the same condition unrepaired. it is my request to please repair the same on prirority otherwise i have to knock the doors of law. Tata Aig Insurance — rejection of claim

After the accident denied to reimburcement only on the report of surveror saying that there is deferences is telephonic talk and actual talk when the damaged vehicle i.e.pleasure is before him and now in showroom for the reparing. Its need Rs.12,000.

Tata motor insurance — Non Receipt of original tata motor insurance

Dear Sir , i purchased my Tata safari on may 2011 from Rama Motors , the sale executive give me only one xerox copy of my vehicle insurance by saying that this is original one . but after 2-3 days i recievd call from tata mator insurance and they asked some questions and informed me that within a weak i will receive original documents of my vehicle insurance , but so far i did not recieve anything even if called they did not respond my call,
i am very much dipressed with Tata product and their allignd show rooms , specially RAMA MOTORS PVT , OKHLA -DELHI
they always harash the people ,

TATA AIG — INSURANCE CLOSER ISSUE

TATA AIG : [[protected]] . I have give compliant to close this insurance they convinced my to go with other insurance that cast is lesser than this. Then they agreed to close this account.

They have opened new policy but they haven't closed. Both policies are useless. i dont even know the benefits. They dont even sent policy documents.


Please close the above policy.. dont charge hsbc...

TATA AIG — Rejection of Motor Claim

The surveyor have rejected my claim saying that there was old impact but, the same is not reflecting from my previous claim photographs provided by Tata AIG. The claim is rejected based on the ground that this is my third claim in three months. further I am not getting any satisfactory reply from there side.

My claim for Volkswagen Vento UP32DT6888 at Kanpur Volkswagen workshop not approved in full by Tata Aig. After making many i have been informed that your full car claim will not be given. Still i am awaiting reason for the same. There should be some basis for rejection.

Matter is pending since 20 days. I thinks Tata Aig is worst company in insurance sector. I never faced such kind of problem earlier in my life.
I read same kind of problems posted by other members also which giving me the feeling regarding work culture of the company.
