[Resolved]  Tata Broadband — surrendered application not accepting by company

We have taken combo connection one landline connection no[protected] & one broadband internet connection vide user no. [protected] from tata in the month of Jan.2012 with a total payment of 3500 advance for 6 month. Sales executive Mr Sanjeev Saxena told us that with these connection i will get Rs. 100 free call every month and i have not to pay any rent. But to our surprise company raises first bill of Rs.83. when we enquire with customer care of tata they said that we have to pay minimum rent for it then again we have contacted mr. Sanjeev Saxena over phone & told him about the problem & he confirm us that we have not to pay any rent. With this jugling we got tired and decided to surrendered both broadband internet connection & landline telephone connection & we have made respective request to surrender these connection vide request no..[protected]for broadband internet) &[protected] for landline telephone). We have also informed by company customer care that we will get refund of Rs. 2716 approx. after 145 days. After surrender request one officer visited our office and inform us again that the connection cannot be cancelled unless we made written request to customer care & again we personally visited office of tata at sub jail surat. But the officer sitting over there refused to accept the application and told that we have to contact Mr. Sanjeev Saxena . We again approached Mr Sanjeev Saxena & he told us that we will not get any refund. We are unable to understand why we will not get any refund of our money.Broadband Internet connection is not working since very 1st day of installation. We are not satisfy with the services of company hence we request your goodself to please look in to the matter and instruct concern to refund our money at the earliest & collect all their instruments.
