Tata Chemicals / Tata Swach — Material came in bad condition

I had ordered online a Tata Swach Water purifier on[protected] vide netbanking payment of Rs. 1,498/-.

The item was despatched on[protected] by Blazeflash courier Service vide their docket no.[protected].

It arrived after about 10 days and I got a call from the local courier office to come and collect the same. On reaching, I found the packet completely torn and damaged.

I mailed in their customer care email id, i.e [protected]@tatachemicals.com on[protected] &[protected] followed by a call at their Mumbai office on[protected] @[protected]. I came across one Mr. Rakesh of their Marketing cell.

But inspite of all these, neither have they replaced the product, nor have they responded to any of my communication.

Please help me.

Tata Swach — Damaged Material

I had Purchase Tata swach Product Online.
I recieved the Product at my Home. But when i open it It was damaged.

So, I Imedietly Complain to Tata Swach ... but they are not responding any thing my complain.
I did 5 calls and Twice Write a mail about the complain to replace the material or get it Fixed.

Every time they told that we note down your comlain but not yet give any solution it is 10 days gone.
