[Resolved]  Tata Communications — Complaint about Tata Communication's Udaipur (RAJ) Office

Dear Mr. Ravindran,

This is a complain letter not about Tata Communication’s Services about one of your office located in Daulat Chambers, Udaipur, Rajasthan.

The problem is related with Spilt Air Condition (6 ton) Machine installed outside the office building wherein the fans of the A/c are facing towards my house.
• Firstly, being a 6 ton A/c the machine is extremely noisy and since it is for the server room it is operational almost 24*7. In the night, noise of the fan is so disturbing that we can barely sleep.
• The distance between my house wall and the A/c machine is only about 2ft, which is against the Housing rules of maintaining a Gap of 5ft between two houses.

I have been complaining about this Disturbance to the landlord who has been completely incapable of doing anything except for collecting the Rent.
• We shifted to this ancestral property of ours in Udaipur about 2yrs back and have been complaining since then. But since nothing had been done about this genuine disturbance caused throughout the day and therefore, I am forced to bring such an issue to you.
• We had informed the Landlord of Daulat Chambers where your office is situated about the problem of the A/c but nothing was done by him. So then, I had personally spoken to a gentleman who is in-charge of your Udaipur Office Mr. Kailash (Mobile No: [protected]), about this problem and accordingly to him he has already informed the Company Head Office in Jaipur about the problem of the Noisy A/c Outside Machine.
• Almost 2 weeks back, few people did come over from Tata Communications (accordingly to Mr. Kailash they were company people) to see the location and decided to shift the machine. But nothing has been done. I haven’t seen any progress after that.
• Since then, am following up on this problem with Mr. Kailash and every time I speak to him, he very conveniently blames the company saying that they are not ready to invest any money. Which I refuse to believe cause I know the company profile. Mr. Kailash has now stopped answering my calls.


Mr. Ravindran, I have very high regards for Mr. Ratan Tata and the company as a whole. My family has been loyal customers in terms o[censored]sing your DTH service, Internet and LAN numbers. I very well know that your company is a very People’s oriented. So please help in this regards of asking your company people to expedite the process of re-located the Spilt A/c Machine.

I really look forward to your reply to my complain and hope after bringing up this problem to your notice something will be done and you will at least live up to India’s most Prestigious company – Tata.
