[Resolved]  Tata Communications Internet Services Limited — No proper Service & sending lawyer notice prior to any communication

I was using the internet service from Tata Communications Internet Services limited one year back where the service was not proper even after multiple complaints to the service provider later one day when I went to their office & enquired them about the issue they informed me to switch the wired connection to wireless connection which is what I am using now. They also promised that they will not be charging for the old connection of Rs 575 & till date did not send any pending bill details or called me for the same. Now they have sent me a lawyer notice stating that I have to pay Rs 575 plus the lawyer fees Rs 500.

tata communications & internet services — pathetic service

I am from Bangalore our firm name is annapoorna automobiles we have subscribed for tata communications internet services by paying advance 4 months rental close to 6500 rupees.

for 17th of december we have a problum with the services we have complained to customer care repeatedly from 17th till date they even dont have curtesy to call back & resolve our complaint when ever we call, call center will say we have sent mail to backend team they will get back to you the same is repeated several times, I have even spoken to call center supervisor Mr.sathish even then there was no response.

after that we have sent mail to customer care, nodelofficer, an even the appelate tribunal even then they are least bouthered about customer complaints it looks like they dont have service deparment at all simply they are giving stories about repairing the connection.

As we have already paid money we cant avoid the bill payment also they are enjoying our money but there is no service given for this period i really dont know how to get my problum solved

Tata Communications Internet Services limited — Non connectivity of broadband service

I am using a wireline Braodband connection of tataindicom for the last 1.5yrs. Since May2009, i am facing a continous connectivity problem with the service.
In the last 10months starting may 2009 till date (march 2010), i have lodges 34 complaints with there customer care at [protected], only for one reason i.e. no connectivity.
Every time i call up customer care i got one answer "that my server is down & ur complaint will be addressed within 6 working hours"
But till date i have not got any permanent solution for this. whenever i have asked for a refund of money for non-connectivity they simply denied, because that is not in there company policy.

I am fed up with this connection.
Please help me in getting a permanent solution.
