This is for all to know that we JK Infotech-Inc from kolkata are a contact center and were using VOIP service from TATA Communications. But are very sorry to say that i am very much annoyed and frustrated with the service. Their TERRITORY MANAGER (SALES) MR RAMKRISHNA DASGUPTA badly misbehaved with us and irrespective of VOIP line got disconnected and did not repair the line for which we had a terrible loss in business for the day and on rough discussion he boldly said that he can do nothing about it, and for us to check the service disconnection provided us with Customer Login ID which was incorrect and Password also. After several request with him he showed a lot of attitude and used rough languages and arrogance.
