DEAR SIR,I HAVE PURCHASED SURFATHON INTERNET USB DEVICE FROM TATA INDICOM ONLINE STORE "I CHOOSE" WITH CAF NO:ET00103549 AND REF NO: MCPN[protected]. I WAS ALLOTED[protected] FOR THE DEVICE. I HAVE RECEIVED ONLY USB DEVICE WITHOUT SIM CARD OR ACTIVATION KIT. THE DEVICE SENT TO ME IS OF OLD MODEL. NEW MODEL COMES WITH1GB INBUILT MEMORY SO PL REPLACE THE DEVICE AND SENT ME SIM CARD AND ACTIVAION KIT. ALSO SEND ME 2 GB PEN DRIVE AS PROMISED IN THE OFFER. PLASE CALL ME ON [protected] AND CONFIRM THE STATUS OF MY PURCHASE. YOU CUSTOMER APPROACH IS VERY WRONG AFTER TAKING THE PAYMENT YOU DO NOT SEND THE ITEM IN TIME AND YOU SEND OLD MODEL ITEMS INSTEAD OF LATEST MODELS.
PLASE SEND MY PURCHASE WITH LATEST ITEMS OR ELSE REFUND ME MY MONEY

Tata Communications Limited — lack of service providence
sir / mami had a prepaid connection with Tata Communications Limited but within a year i had faced so mutch of problem listed below
1. improper speed as my plan was of atleast 256kbps and upto 2mbps speed but for more than 4 mounths my complaint was been made pending though they had promised of solving any problem within 24 working hours they only provided me with speed for 1 or 2 days and then again decreased my speed and this continues for almost 4 mounths
2. there customer service provide false imformation to me so i could purchase there xtra validity pack for 6 months he said me that along with the value validity is also added up into the existing value
3. termination of night unlimited plan without notifing me about it and when i asked them they every time make a new escuses
4. closing of complain without comfermation with the consumer
5. debiting and crediting values into my prepaid accout without notifing
6. when had a word with the noddel officer of tata he said me that "you go to the cunsumer fourm we have a team of lawers for that"
today i am so mutch pissed off from there service that i would like to launch a complain regarding aboved mentioned can you tell me the procedure and what all shall i do.
