I am having TATA Communications SME Broadband connection. I am facing connectivity problem in every alternate days. After calling customer support they are switch on the internet connection. I think they are controlling internet broadband connection. They may switch off and switch on the internet connection giving trouble to the customer. How the internet connection is switch on after giving telephonic call to customer support ? This is not fare deal. This is to be rectified.
