the INCOMING e mails have been a problem for the last 48 hrs since 12-01-12, and on follow up on 14-01-12, by 1020 hrs we have been told to wait for another 72 hrs, our business is getting effected, would request you to please take up with them and restore our incoming e mails right away, or suitable action be taken on them to compensate us for
loss in business
