[Resolved]  Tata Communications Wired Broadband — No installation after taking the money and excessive harassment

TATA Communications Broadband services has harassed me by lying, making me wait day after day, behaving rudely, and has committed fraud by taking more money. Till now there is no connection and no response from the customer care team (including the nodal officers). My service request and refund request seem to have gone unheard. Its entire episode is now almost a month long.

I am copy pasting the communication with their customer care -

Dear Jaspreet,

I don't know about the account; but, the customer application number is
04260111 for wired broadband installation.

The 1st installation money was collected by Mr. Umesh ([protected]) and the
refundable deposit of Rs 500 was collected by Mr. Raju ([protected]).
Both of them were sent by Mr. Shailesh Dasharath[protected].

Please, don't drag me into any more bureaucracy, If it can't be solved in a
day - please, me let me talk to a senior person for the zone because this
is fraud or if nothing is being done - I would go to the consumer court.
