I am Shachi Rastogi.My No. is [protected]. I changed my service provider from Airtel to TATA DO CO MO in September but after 3 monthes my SIM registration is faqiled and custmer care is saying that they have not get my ID but when I gave my ID proof again to my dealer, he submitted all the papers again , yet my number is not started. today I talked to cus. care again and he is saying that my no. is available in the market for selling again. so I want to say only this ,that PLEASE HELP me out and tell me that what should I do now and I had balance of Rs. 268 in it . please help me out
