Tata DoCoMo / 3G Data Card — Tata Docomo - Asking Payment for worst service

Dear sir/Madam,

I took tata docomo 3G connection before 9 months,
Product No:-[protected]

It worked fine for first 3 months after that speed is very poor. Then raised a compliant request, but there is no response from their end again and again I raised compliant request in tata docomo, Finally they called me, they done speed test on my system it shown only 0.47 kbps and they said they will send the person to my place they usually calls me on week days before 6 PM, so I asked them to come on week end or after 6 PM they said Ok but they haven’t come, Many times I asked customer care to come on weekend, but they never came and never resolved my complaint.
So I called to TaTa photon customer care how to disconnect my connection through online, they said cannot disconnect your connection through online. So I informed customer care to disconnect the service.
I didn’t pay that month rent so TaTa photon customer care request to pay the rent then only we disconnect the service so I paid the amount through online on 24 Jan 2013, then next month tata photon customer care called me to pay the rent I said, “already I asked you to disconnect the connection that’s why I paid last month rent also as you said, then only you can disconnect the connection, now again why I want to pay the rent”, They told still your connection active please pay the rent, after long time arguments I asked them any internet usage is marked with my connection, as I already asked to disconnect I haven’t used data card at all and and again I harshly told to customer care to close my account, after some month one advocate sivakumar send the notice for payment tata docomo account. I didn’t use even few minutes, without any usage they are asking me to pay that too I raised a request to close the account, very worst service. Please help me and take serious action against them for not giving proper service.

Dear sir/Madam,

I have explained my all the problems in previous comment. At your side didn't take any closer request for my connection. This the problem you didn't resolve the customer request on time. I faced the problem continuously 3 months but you said "nothing in our record". I didn't use your service after raised 2 times closer request then how to pay?.. I paid already one month bill with out using the internet.. with out internet usage how come to pay for your service? again and again. please check any internet usage is there for my account. please let me know what details do you want. please double check at your side.
