Below is my first chat with those guys for disconnecting service on 15th september

Then after they had not disconnected it and they are continuosly sending me bills, so i had not paid it than i had got this email on 15th October, since than my device is not active and i had not used it

I had tried to reach many times their ahmedabad division but no response,

They had generated my bills and the amount pending was 2800 RS, then some one from delphi called me that they are filing a case against me and told me to pay the bill, i had paid 2100 RS on that day and told them to disconnect permanantly

Now i had contacted their support team to through email and this is their response

We regret for inconvinience caused.

Please find attached herewith your EBILL statement for the month of DEC 12. The bill due amount is Rs. 795.00 and the due date for the same is Pay Immediate.

The device is not working since last month and you had stopped services on that number, so why you are sending those bills for services you had not provided,

I will go to consumer forums and file a complaint against docomo for harashing customers and not hearing anything,

I had sent emails to your ahmedabad customer care emails from last 2 -3 months and 2 -3 times but i had not get any response,

can you please let me know whats going over there and what i need to do now?

I am completely shocked by watching statements for period where you had not provided any services.

Dear Nimesh,

Your device is under TSP due to non payment from 17-NOV-2012 and there is no wrong billing and you have been charged as per your usage and rentals.

Please clear his outstanding amount of Rs.795 ASAP.
