[Resolved] Tata DoCoMo / Airtel — Unsuccessful Mobile number portability from docomo to airtel | |||
Hello Sir, This is to express my dissatisfaction towards the bad service from Docomo prepaid portability to Airtel prepaid. My first request placed on 11/6/2011 with the unique porting id as TL 471484 the expiry date was on 11/6/2011. Nothing happened until the said date. Then I have contacted the Airtel office and they advised to place a second request. Placed the second request with the unique code as TL 862871 which was expired today 28/6/2011. I talked to the Docomo customer care and Airtel and they blame each other without providing a valid reason. Could you please look into this as a sense o[censored]rgency and fix my request at the earliest, as I am tired of submitting the requests every now and then.
