Contacting customer support of Photon seems to be a difficult task.
I am facing some minor technical issues with my network but I am not finding any other way to let them know it.
First I called [protected], they asked me to choose an array of options & finally when they connected me to a line it said "the call can not be completed now" or something to that effect. It was around 2pm on a working Thursday. If that is now working hour what is?
Then I tried to post my issue on their online complaint form in the Photon website. It was repeatedly geting disconnected or asking for random entries while not giving me the options. Finally I failed to submit it there also.
I just want Photon people to know that they need to improve their customer support interface. They occassionally call customers for different issues but they must be available and accessible to customers when they actually need them. Was this information helpful? |
This to inform you that I have submitted my request regarding migration of tata photon data
card from post paid to pre paid in Nala road tata outlet centre, Patna
My Tata Photon no.[protected] and services reference number[protected] on July 07, 2012.
I have enclosed and submitted all the supportive my proof documents to Tata outlet executive
person on July 07, 2012 and cleared all the outstanding payment Rs. 2641/- despite of it I have
not received any
messages regarding my request.
However, I tried of many times to follow-up with my tata outlet executive person as well as
customer care executive. They all said we have no idea what is the problems.
Could you short out my problems urgently basis.
