Hi,

Hi have a TATA photon data Card. Their representative configured on my laptop and it was working fine initially.
When I bought new laptop and tried to configure it , it is not working. I have been following up with thier customer service from last week, but still no one has yet come to configure it on my system. My work is suffering as my old laptop is not working. So, my whole schedule is disturbed. Whenever I call them they say that our technical department will call you in an hour and by evening they will come at your place to get i done. But so far no solution has been provided.
Infact, thier representatives are not all cooperative. They are rude and arrogant lazy people. I have never experienced such bad service ever.

Can any body help me to find a solution.???
Please help. Such companies needs a lesson.

Tata Photon + — they do wrong verifications

Dear All,

Please do not use TATA services this is my personal request to all of you...choice is yours...This is not Anti TATA telnet or Photon + services or intend to cause the harm to brand of TATA but this is based on the personal experiences....I am planned to get new connection of TATA photon + few months back and booked my connection through telephone and within couple of Days Two Executive come to my place and started asking the to book connection with them.. both of them were supported by there agencies (one executive was send by Tata Borivali Galary and other was from there call center) then i postponed plan and preferred not to use there serives

After few days again i planned to go their photon + and got stuck with verification which is actually wrong verification. I visited their public gallery at Andheri (E) but people are hopeless and you cannot expect any help from them. They will always repeat the same answer that Sir, We cannot provide details. They will not allow you to speak to their Manager , they will give information who has done verification....Its complete waste of time and money...I request you to be careful while using their services...I would rather suggest you to for alternative internet providers...

Tata Photon+ — Bad service

I purchased Photon Plus on 1 April 2010 from Sanjay Nagar Bengalore and to my surprise I did not get it activated even after 4 days and bad part is, it does not have any Customer support the no [protected] never respond. If you have purchased it ,there is no one to hear your complain.
i strongly agree his complaint.i purchased photon+ on 10 april 2010 but it is not activate yet, wrost service.please dont go for it

in our side the tata docomo's service is verry poor....& how cin i get the calling detail of tata docomo's no?
Today (13/11/2011) I recharged my Docomo number with Rs.99 at 9.31 am and TransID:[protected] to reduce my call rates to 1paise/2sec but it does not get activated still the recharge has been made successfully.I called customer care but they didn't help me regarding this issue.Now my call rates are 1.2paise/1 sec which is really unbearable for me.Please help me either to get this 99 pack activeted or refund my money back.

Today I was trying to recharge my mobile online with a special recharge of 21 rupees.I selected the option "Pay with Current Balance". At my first attempt the computer screen showed "java.lang.Exception". No notifications of online recharge was sent to my mobile.Even I didn't get any notification regarding my balance deduction.I thought the recharge was unsuccessful and tried again with the same options.This time the screen flashed "recharge successful.Your current balance is 50.47". My earlier balance was something around 93 rupees.I came to the conclusion that even the first time my balance was deducted.This was later confirmed by a customer executive who told his name as Vijay.
As a mobile customer isn't it my right to get the notification at least when my balance is deducted? The company customer executive behaved very badly when I told him about the incident and demanded a refund.He even ignored my request to register a complain.
Recently I have noticed that this mobile service provider does not send a notification to my mobile when a recharge is successful. This kind of behaviors by the companies are leading to misunderstandings and customer often ends up with doing mistakes like me.I would like to urge to take necessary actions against this company as soon as possible

Its been more than 3 months that the Twitter texts are delivered lately to phone. I sorted out with Twitter and they told me that it is because of Tata Docomo's heavy traffic. And Docomo are doing nothing on this thing. And the most important thing is it been more than about 3 months this is happening every time i tell them to tell this thing to their technical staff and they end up asking my phone number and mail id. This is ridiculos serving the customers.

This is just the begining... I had applied for a photon a they said they have activated it.. but i wasnt able to access for 5 days post buying it.. One of the managers actually said that i am typing the activation key wrong... Finally when i threatened consumer complaint, they got it done.. And the speed is pathetic.. I got no where close to 3.1 mbps and beyond my data usage i started getting speeds of less than 10 kbps... Brace yourself for more such troubles...

Issue-1: Internet extremely slow,
Issue-2: I have been trying to complain and not able to do so. Every time I raise a compliant online, they simply close it next day.
Issue-3: Once complaint put through Phone- Ne reply.
Issue-4: They tell me that since I am staying in kormangala and the concentration o[censored]ser is high there, they will not do anything about it.
Maybe after some time, they might put a new tower in the area but no guarantees.

Tata Photon: a bad experience

I purchased a Tata Photon Data card bearing No.[protected] (postpaid connection) for internet surfing on 20thMay, 2013 from Value Shoppe, Shatija Complex at Mukherji Nagar(North West Delhi) and paid Rs.1299.00 for the same after submitting necessary documents . I submitted a photo copy of my bank account as address proof of my current residence after a couple of days of purchase to the dealer, because I did not have the copy of the same(address proof) at the time purchase. On 25th May, 2013 I got a call regarding address verification from a Tata Photon representative, who had reached at my old address mentioned in my voter ID.I explained about my address proof of my current address and also told him that it was already submitted to the dealer, but the Tata Photon representative refused to visit at my current address to confirm the address and told me they will revisit in next 24 hours, which they never did .My connection of Tata Photon was disabled on the same day and a bill of Rs .605 was generated on 26th May, 2013 without giving any service .I contacted the dealer several times regarding this problem and I was informed by the dealer that scanned copy of my documents was already submitted much before.My connection of Tata Photon was never activated.I also called the customer care no.[protected] several times but the customer care executive always answered "we can't hear you, your voice is not clear."
Since then I also wrote mail to the concerned authority of Tata Photon regarding my problem.I also received replies but my address has never been verified, and connection has not been activated yet and I keep getting phone calls and weired messages to pay Rs.605 but never get any answer, why after submitting all documents no verification of my current address was ever made and my connection never got activated.It seems, for Tata Photon there is no value of loss of money, time and professional loss to the customer.

Bad service by Tata Photon
I had called in today morning to the service agent over the phone for my service line[protected] which is a broadband service line to ask regarding the complaint that i have made in respect to the billing query that i had

the agent did not take interest and did not shot willingness to help. I had to repeat my self alomost 10 -11 times to make him understand my problem and issues. he was not co operative and supportive. This shows how he is not doing his job well. When i asked him to transfer the call to a responsible person who is in position to take discussion and resolve the issue he put me on HOLD without letting me know and DISCONNECTED THE CALL !!! THIS IS UNPROFESSIONAL BEHAVIOR

I visited a TataDocomo store in Pimpri opp. to the corporation building there was no responsible person to give me resolution for my problem. The service agent whom i spoke helped me with the is ref..

My issue is Inspite of several request made on the toll free no. to change the plan to 249 the plan has not been changed and i am been charged for the mistakes u have made i am not lible to pay for you mistakes...
ATTENTION ALL TATA DOCOMO SUBSSCRIBERS. DO NOT IGNORE THIS

This is for the attention of all the Tata Docomo subscribers of both CDMA & GSM of Hyderabad in particular and A P Circle in general. I shifted to the new premises at Padma Colony on 12th of December 2013. I had been complaining of very very weak signals more than 2 months before that. Even today I am not getting signals at my place. My clients, aquaintances, relatives and friends complain about not able to reach me on all my mobile numbers. The success rate is very very low. I have made several rounds to the local office of Tata Docomo at Khan Lateef Khan estate. The service there is the worst. I was made to run around several counters. We dont even get proper response too from the customer service executives there. I have lodged several complaints to the call centre. As a last resort I also complained to the Appellate Authority of Tata Docomo (appellate.[protected]@tatadocomo.com). I have all the records of such complaints. But nothing is being done. I have even threatened them of approaching the Consumer Forum. Today it has crossed all limits my customers and aquaintances called up several times on all my 5 tata docomo connections but were not able to get them after which they started calling me on my landlines. As such this is my way of protesting. I would request all the genuinely suffering subscribers of both CDMA and GSM (Pre-paid or Post-paid) phones of Tata Docomo. All such suffering subscribers are requested to like this post. And comment "AGREE WITH YOU" and then share this post. May be Tata Docomo will ACT after that. Please flood the call centre with compalints. Also please mail the details of your genuine sufferings with tata docomo services at [protected]@gmail.com. This will help us take up the issue with the ceo of this tata enterprise. Ironically speaking it should be TATA DOCOMO-GO instead of TATA DOCOMO
