Tata Docomo — balance cut of

Balance cut of
hallo sir my tata docomo prepaid no. is [protected]. and after every 10 days a sum of balance rs 10 deducted from my account unnecessory. so please rectify this as soon as possible.and refund my balance in my account.

Within the span of last 1 months. unnecessary deduction from my docomo num. [protected] has been takin place. In the start i didn't pay much heed when the deduction was 10-20 Rs.
but this started growing eventually.Within last week they cut my 160 Rs.Once 60 and yesterday 100 Rs.
When i talk to the customer care, they say its because of your net browsing, whereas i have activated a data plan. So, evn though my data plan is activated, it gets cut from my main balance. And the customer care people don't even register my complaint.
Just to bring to your notice, Tata Docomo has been doing this to many people i know and this is quite unethical. To me this has happened 5 times this last month. Hoping you would look into this matter.

This in regards to inform you that every month end 30.00 Rs is been deducted from my account so i just wanted to know the reason why you people still deducting money from my a/c as i have called more than 4 times to know the reason & till now there is no solution & the customer service is very bad, information are not provided properly. Please appoint some people who can speak English properly.I also called in and informed you people to unsubscribe celebrity messages & the customer care executive who spoke to me was very rude & when i requested him to transfer the call to the supervisor he just hung up the call & the time was around 8.35pm when i called in DOCOMO customer care executive on 14/10/2011 & my mobile # is [protected] Therefore very poor services are provided to customers . I would be happy if the amount is not deducted from next month.you people can send me a mail to my e-mail address [protected]@gmail.com please do the need full

sir my no.is [protected]. And im very annoyed to services. Ur staff (mr amit,mr devinder & more) dont hv the sense dat how to talk with customer. If i caled to customer care dey dont want to listen,even talk rudely. My balance hv been cutting regularly.if i complained there ,they said u do watevr u want to do,its tata docomo.i felt like u people need money dats why u just cut da balance. Its my sugestion dat u sud close ur company if cant handle customer problem.ur services r da wrost in the world.all stupid sta[censored] appointed in ur company.i'wil sugest al my friends who use ur services dat pls transfer ur no.to other company like airtel,idea etc.but nvr use tatadocomo. past 3week my balance cutt, 7rs.10rs.5rs.8rs..i cal to customer care he is telling that you activated some game service or gprs cont download..some details...im using internet for songs download, games downl, more free data downl..infrom to customer care pls deactived all service..still im facing problem..mobile number:[protected]

As upon checking with our records the deducted amount has been already credited to your account. you can call *191# and follow 6th option in order to deactivate any VAS services activated on your number.

sir i have a tata docomo sim . and i use for internet, 2g plan i recharged RS48 for 2gb free data plan, but every days my balance cut 5to10 RS i dot make a call or msg, TATADOCOMO NO [protected] and my cell no [protected]
My no. is [protected].From my account 52 rupees has been deducted without any reason.When i asked for refund of 52 they told your money will be refunded within 3 hour and gave me the complain no.but only Rs.30 has been refunded and rest of Rs.22 has not been refunded till now.if i am asking for refund they are telling money will not be refunded.i want the response from your company and want my 22 rupees credited in my account.So take immediate action.

I am using tata docomo internet.But it does not work when balance is less than rs.1 also whenever I recharge the account it automatically cuts the balance every time though I have not subscribed any service.Why this is happening I dont know ! customer care is also not responding for this.

My number is [protected]. On 15th Feb, two time my balance got cut. One of 99 and another of 49.
Now when contacted with customer care, they told that I had activation VAS which I had not so I aksed for refund but they just cut the phone.
Now, after trying for many and mail chaings, one person told that is VAS Nazara service and the balance got cut because you clicked on some popup in your laptop which was connected to internet using my mobiel internet. Thus we can't refund the money. I dont know what this Nazara is or is it just there ploy to cut money.
So, they are plainly refusing to refund the amount.

The weird thing is, how can a popup from my laptop is able to send a message in such a way that it cut a balance from account whereas I have not authorized that.

Kindly look into the matter. The guilty party should be punished.

Note:::
1) Worst customer care of all the companies. Phone will connect to customer care only one time a day.
2) Worst company for telecom, beware before taking docomo card. I am frustrated, don't want the same for others

Dear sir/mam,
This is mariaraju from Guntur many times my balance has
been deducted every-time with any balance recharge through OBD Without my knowledge
or permission. however, after that i stopped this service using 155223 number.
so, i want to get return my deducted balance.Please don't repeat the above complaint.
