[Resolved] Tata Docomo — balanced did not carry forward | |||
I called Tata photon toll free number and the agent online Richa tiwari. I dont know if she gave me the true name was so disgusting didnt even know how to speak to the customer, very harsh,not ready to complete my query was very unproffessional dont know how to speak english,sort of orthodox, when I asked her to transfer me to supervisor she was ready with her answer he is busy call after 2 hours. tata customer service sucks I will no longer continue with such a company who dont even bother with their customer queries and hire such rubbish staff who will take down the companys reputation.. As per the discussion over call on [protected], we would like to inform you that the recharge for Rs. 250/- was made on 18-MAR-2013. However, please be informed that the previous data balance will not be carry forwarded if the recharge was made after the validity of the previous recharge
