Idea, Vodaphone, TATA docomo — Disturbing calls

Hi all,

I am receiving lot of disturbing calls from below numbers. Any of you have same problem? All these phones are always switched off, when I tried to call back. Please share your experience here

I am getting constant blank calls from the TATA DOCMO number, [protected]. Nobody is saying a word.It's very pestering.Please take stringent actions or else I have to report this the police.
