[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — Miserable service

Your service is absolutely HOPELESS. You can forget retaining my connection, I have called your customer care centre a zillion times. And now when iam home, suddenly full signal goes to zero signal.Well, even if there is apt signal it is of a VERY POOR quality. Do you maintain Quality Standards. Do you check if you are in par with your competitors - Believe me, price is just not everything for us, customers -Its PIECE OF MIND.If this is Docomo then surely Docomo Sucks. Wake up Tata Docomo and try to retain the rest of the customers.I know you would reply to this saying "yes in 24 hrs so and so will get back to you"- God Damn it ! We dont need some one getting back to us, Just SOLVE THE PROBLEMS or Quit from the market.

I am too, suffering from the inefficient quality of the staff at the customer careof Tata Docoma. My photon Plus number is [protected], I migrated from Postpaid to prepaid, on 28/10/2010. Everything went on smoothly, without any call from Tata Docomo. Then suddenly on 31/10/2012, I received a call that an amount of Rs. 371/-, is outstanding. As, I never received the bill, I requested for the bill(duplicate). Iwas told that the same is being sent on my e-mail, but it was not reaching me, finally when, I sent my complaint through web, they responded by sending the e- bill. Their Customer care executive assured me, that she has put forward a request for waiver of Rs. 300/_ & I need to pay only Rs. 71/-, on 31/10/12 at 2:04 pm, but no resolution came from their seniors, who have the authority to waive the amount. Till date, i.e. 03/11/2012, I am in the dark, about whether I need to pay the full amount or waiver is being given. Such a sorry state of affairs. On other hand, I have Tata Walky, for the last 5 years & not once any controversy has arisen. But with this kind of behaviour, I now feel whether I should continue even with my Tata walky or just say good bye to Tata Docomo & surrender that number too. Every time, I talk to their customer care executives, a new version is given. If resolution is not provide, I think I should approach Trai & consumer court for such a harassment being caused to me.
I subscribed for a packaged deal for Rs. 5100/- with a Photon+ device and 6 months of subscription. The person Bikash ([protected]) who sold me this deal on 14th June 2012 said the printer is broken and gave me the bill in a piece of white paper with a company seal and his signature. I have a good impression on TATA in general and so I agreed. Later I realized this guy cheated several people like this and is now absconding with an FIR filed against him. The DOCOMO folks are unable to provide any support. I am also getting billed on a monthly basis as well even after paying 6 months advance.
I filed the complaint several times, and also tried to cancel but the Customer support really sucks. They suck and are lazy butts. Immediately an SMS comes that they tried to reach but customer was not available. Each department operates out of context. Be careful with Tata Docomo.
The outsourced call center and customer support in many carriers have learnt how to survive and kill the time on tickets and show reports and get paid on so called pay for performance. When the ticket is raised all sort of automated sms and mails come in. Nothing really happens and the ticket after 48 hrs gets auto escalated. And you get another SMS, you are high priority customer, we value your business, bla bla bla, then we tried to reach you but you were not there. Ticket on hold forever and then timeout, gets closed. You raise another, another and another.

It is best the carriers have their own staff which are bought into their vision of customer service rather than cost cut and outsource and compromise on quality. You can show all sort of charts and trending once you know the tricks of the trade.

Think some real quality and real service.
On 30th October, 2012 i paid Rs. 72 as stv charges for 1/2 paise per second scheme. Till today this has not been effected. Kindly do the needful and confirm. My cell number :[protected].

Tata Docomo Sucks, I don't want type again.
I don't know way to sue the companies so that they can understand value of common average Indian Customer .
Everywhere they cheat us and try to monopolise the situation.
Can anyone tel me direct and straight way so that companies like TATA DOCOMO will learn the Lesson .

i have taken a sim on 23rd november and till now my sim did not get activated...as they have told me it will get activated in two days..it was urgent for me, i called thousand times to customer care but u have no response from ur side... tata docmo has become a worst network and service centre.. i would never suggest any one to take this sim!!! horrible tata docomooo ... i am disappointed to extreme

You people are illegally deducting money from my number by activating some services without informing or consulting me.

I would like to bring to your notice the money deducted by you people, here is the list -

On 31/11/2012 love tips has been activated at 5.05 pm and deducted illegally Rs 10 without informing me, i tried to contact but the connection is not available .

Again on 8/11/2012 love tips has been renewed at 8.27 am and deducted illegally Rs 1.45 without informing me.

Again on 9/11/2012 love tips has been renewed at 7.04 pm and deducted illegally Rs 10 without informing me.

Again on 16/11/2012 love tips has been renewed at 6.03 pm and deducted illegally Rs 0.33 without informing me.

Again on 17/11/2012 love tips has been renewed at 5.57 pm and deducted illegally Rs 10 without informing me.

Again on 25/11/2012 love tips has been renewed at 8.25 am and deducted illegally Rs 10 without informing me.

On 26/11/2012 Call me tunes has been activated at 6.37 pm and deducted illegally Rs 50 without informing me.

I tried to contact you people but the connection or number is not connected, finally on 29/11/2012 my phone was connected to one miss Rekha, I don’t remember her name exactly, she told me that she will deactivate love tips service and she can’t refund the amount deducted and I said i[censored] did not refund money then I will file a case in consumer court against your company and manager, she said u do whatever u want.
This is the way your employees speak to customers/consumers.

On 29/11/2012 love tips has been de-activated at 1.32 pm.

Totally you have deducted Rs 91.78 or Rs 101.78

Totally in my family, we have not less than 150 – 200 docomo sims, all are having the same problem and I going to port all the numbers from docomo to airtel or some other.

If you did not transfer/remit the money to my number within 10 AM of 3rd December, then, I will send notices to area manager, regional manager and south india manager and I will drag you people to the consumer court, stating the deficiencies offered by docomo services and also for illegally deducting money.

Treat this complaint as notice and no further communications will be made between you and me.
i am a very good customer of TATA DOCOMO and whenever i call to customer care their response is too bad.they are not resolve my query but they increase my problem too by activating new scheme automatically.
tata docomo and tata photon is just a waste service they know how to cheat people and the executive are learning how to fraud from tata company. snaching is the secrete of tata photon.

SIR mere number p hamesha h company k unwanted services start ho jate h. and mera main account balance b deduct kr liya jata h. i m tired of that aye din kbi 90 to kbi 50...abi 3 January ko 11:28 am h mere account m se 51 ka deduction hua h and jb mene complain k to the stop the service bt don't refund me my deducted balance amount...and they say col after 2 hour nd when i col back na ur customer care executive remains busy al the time...they r nt responding in a right way as i know as per urs policy if any customer complains under 48 hours u r bound to refund the amount...bt this doesn't happen same with me...
