[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Address Verification Negative, requested revivification but outgoing barred | |
I am not clear why my address verification was negative? After this I have requested for the revivification but my outgoing is barred without any notification. I am working as a Sales Manager with Dell since last 5 years. I can provide my all the document Ration Card, PAN Card, Driving Licence, Voter ID Card etc . But all are at my native address at Kolkata. I have provided the lease agreement along with copy electricity bill as address verification document along with copy of PAN Card and I can provide my existing Vodaphone CUG connection bill which is at the current residence address as well. the agent who came to verify my address was not carrying the comp[any identity card with him so i refused to discuss the detail with him more over he was asking questions regarding my paycheck .so i did not feel he is genuine agent and the result of my address verification is negative. I strongly disagree with this attitude of the agent.

i took docomo sim from mobile store and provided all documents to the executive, which he was working with mobile store kalyani nagar pune.
few days i used and recharged more talk time and opted for 3g internet etc and next day, they sent a message stating that my verification is negative. and ask to submit again. NO PROPER response from mobile store and they are arrogant with me telling that go and submit your docs in docomo office. i met few more guys there having same problem with different mobile operators and mobile store.
i called up docomo CCare and requested them to send back my existing documents to the same address mentioned so that i will consider my documents are not used for fraud purposes. they said they wont. and the CCare executive told me that her manager will talk to me in the same call, i waited 20 minutes holding my mobile but no body took that call.

i am currently using BSNL and Vodafone sim. I got two SIM by submitting the office ID and Voter ID card.
i availed for TATA DOCOMO sim by giving the same proof.But it is asking my residential proof.
but i am staying in PG, how can i provide the residential proof.
i can say this very worst service you are giving to the customer.you are harassing people by doing unnecessary demands.
i hope you will see this and reply to my mail id.
