men apne number se bahut zyada balance chala gaya hai kuch din pahle mere number par pata nahi kaise service activate ho gayi mene do baar deactivate karne par bhi service deactivate nahi ho rahi hai aur mera paisa bar bar khatam ho raha hai mene kai baar complaints ki par phir bhi koi response nahi mila aapse niveden hai kiaap kuch help karein

I requested for deactivation of my 50/- gprs service but i got 2-3 messages for activation of servive not deactivation.do something for it .

with due respect i want to state that for Hot N Sizzling Models service my account was deducted with Rs.10 twice,without even giving me a prior notice of this service.A message was send to me that Rs.10 has been deducted for Hot N Sizzling Models subscription.Furthur when i tried to unsubscribe it,there was no response. I also called to your customer care center five times but was no use. They did not responded well also they did not unsubscribed that. I moved from Docomo to vodafone over three months now and I am still getting service messages from Docomo. especially the TA-51818 news service is still active and is deducting money from my account and it is very annoying it sends me a message every 2 mins. Vodafone is unable to help as it is not there service and docomo is not helping because I am not on there network.
