[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Cheating and miss guidance on special recharge | |||
sir/madam Im using Tata Docomo network, my no is [protected] I have ported my no from Vodafone to Tata Docomo. Today (20/4/2013) I have recharged amount of rs 129(special recharge).. I recharged it after listening ivr by dialing 121 & 198. They told that the validity for this recharge will be 120 days , call rates will be one paisa for two seconds. . But after recharging, I got the validity 90 days only. I called up customer care but no use. .. This is a very big Fraud company giving wrong information to customers and cheating them. Now plz tell me what should I do? can I file a complaint in consumer court. If I file a complaint what is the use of this?
