[Resolved]  Tata Docomo — cut my connect without any reason

Hi, I bought a New connection of Tata Photon plus([protected]) from a tata docomo outlet in jaipur(Gaurav Tower). I submitted all the Document requited for the connection. After bought the connection, i received a sms in which they have written my Wrong address. I visited the same outlet again, showed the SMS to the executive and told him "I guess by mistake you typed the wrong address". please correct my address because i am going to Delhi for a month and i don't want any problem with my internet connection . He said- sir, i'll change the address.
Two-Three day back I receive a sms that we were unable to connect you at your billing address please visited the outlet again in 48 hrs. This time i called on their toll free number and explain each and every thing to the executive. He said- "Don't worry. When ever you go to jaipur just submvit the Same document again and we'll not cut your connection.
Today they have cut my connection I don't know why and also why there executives giving me the wrong information.
want to complaint against them, when i am not on the wrong hand, why they cut my connection

It's not about resolving my problem. If i am not on the wrong hand, who give you rights to stopped my services. I have Several meeting with my client, How i am suppose to give them presentation without internet connection and who will compensate of my lose.
I have took enough assistance from your executive. They Give wrong information's and miss Guide the consumers on each stage or they don't know how to resolve the problem.
I am facing this problem is because of your services and your executives. As you mention in your comment that my resolve shortly(That means minimum 48 hrs). I have several meeting with my clients in next 48 hours, where i have to give a demo of my product. without internet connection i am not able to give the demo of my product. Now i have a question for your- Who will be responsible for my lose.
The Docket number you have mention in your comment is being generated/register because i forced your executive to write a complain otherwise he is not ready to write my complain and Important thing is- He has no answers to my question. I think he know only one word that is "SORRY"

yesterday they have cut my connection I don't know why and also why there executives giving me the wrong information.
Yesterday i myself launched a complain against those guys[protected], why they gave me wrong information and why they are not solving my problem.Today when i call to the Toll free number to know the status of my complain. The Executive(Artz) told me that your complain had been closed. I asked him, how can you closed my complain without my approval. he has no answer of my question.
After requesting so many times, please write another complain, he did not write my complain and not allow me to talk to any senior person.
Is this type of service you provide to your customer or is this the way to talk to a customer. want to complaint against them, when i am not on the wrong hand, why they cut my connection
