yes deactivating procedure is tedious and prepaid amount deducted continuously without consent from the customers

This is to let you know that for my balance every month Rs.30/- is being deducted from my account for "THOUGHT OF THE DAY". I have not opted for it ever. I tried calling that 155223 activation and deactivation number and tried to deactivate it several time. The only message I received is" There are no active services". Then why is it that every month Rs.30/- is being deducted. I am really disappointed by this and I want all the deducted amount to be reversed onto my Docomo account at any cost.

Sir i have not activated any services in my mobile, but the love tips got automatically activated and 10 rupees were deducted from my account, then it again got renewed and another ten rupee was deducted...please kindly stop the service which i didnt activate...it is really very bad to deducted amount unwantedly like this...
