deactivate of netwap/photoshoot

NETWAP DEACTIVATION
My Name is Mina Sinha Roy
My mobile number is 7795140729
NETWAP service is activated on my number without my permission and my balance is deducted every day.
I want to deactivate it . . . . .
when i call 155223 it says that no pack is activated.
