Tatadocomo — deduction of balance.

My tatadocomo number is [protected], from 16th oct i am having a problem of deduction of balance for isd calls which i didnt made,i called up coustomer care but didnt gt ne response form them.. They deducted Rs 16 from my account, Rs 5 on 16th and Rs 10 on 17,please help....thank you

Dear Sir,
I have charged my mobile phone bearing no-[protected] on dtd.13.10.2010 for Rs.111.00. I checked my balance to-day is Rs49.60.I have totally shocked while I find out the balance of Rs.30/ was deducted by tata docomo towards Feng Shui pack on dtd.15.10.2010 which was not subscribed by me. I call for customer care no-121 for lodging of complain, but they not responding by using cut of the phone so many times. Then I submitted my written complain to their regional branch at Bhubaneswar through mail [protected]@tatadocomo.com and requested for refund of all the amount which was deduted by using such type of act from starting to till date.
You are requested to kindly take immediate action against them to release my balance which was deducted from my a/c and oblige.

I would like to inform you taht my self Amarsinh Rathod working in private firm.The victim was taht i have TATA DOCOMO mobile service number is [protected].. My self mechanical engg. & Good familier with internet usag.I am using Tata Docomo 48 Rs @ 2GB internet free scheam since 5 month.The incideant was taht 99.0 Rs amount unofficialy deducted by Tata Docomo without confirmation to me even i[censored]se or not for its newly launched 3g life service on date13/11/10 &12:57 hours.same as 50 Rs deducted from my acount by tata docomo 3G life service. The problem was that 99.0 & 50.0 rs amount forcefuly deducted by service provided without any confirmation by my side.& claimed taht java games downloading charge, but sir actualy no any game download my side.my humble request that service provide rivert back pay amount which is due to faulty service of 3G life launching activate without confirmation.& i have 2G sim card also company knows but forcefully 3G provided by company.

that's really happening with tata docomo service...even it happened with my no. [protected]

TWO OR THREE DAYS I SEE A MESSAGE ON MY MOBILE IN MORNING THAT FROM
YOUR BALANCE 95/- DEDUCTED FOR GPRS PACK OF 4 GB. FOR THIS SERVICE I
DO NOT SEND ANY SMS TO YOUR COMPANY. BUT THAT SERVICE ACTIVATED FROM
YOUR COMPANY AUTOMATICALY.
IF I RECHRGE MORE RS MY MOBILE ,FOR THIS YOU ARE NOT AUTHORITY TO
DEDUCT MY BALANCE.

SO, PLEASE TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AND COOPERATE WITH ME. AND CREDIT
MY BALANCE AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE.

I SEND MAIL TO TATA DOCOMO COMPANY BUT NO ANY REPLY.

As per our system checked the charges have been levied correctly for the GPRS activation. Hence, we are unable to refund the amount.
