[Resolved] Tata Docomo — Deduction of money for unwanted services | |||
I am Aravindh , a customer of Tata Docomo prepaid mobile. this is my second complaint within a week of time. My mobile No. is [protected] Last time i complained for deduction of money for unwanted additional services. I requested them to revoke all additional services. They took immediate action n returned Re. 15 to my account. Thanks to Tata Docomo for immediate action. I received a message that the additional service has been stopped. Now the problem is that the service(Song of the day link n some unwanted links) is still continuing. I m loosing Rs. 2 per day now. Now i request you to take actions to permanently stop all these additional services. I don't like to get Hyper link for anything. Was this information helpful? | |||

Tata Docomo — Deduction from unwanted service
From my account [protected] daily 9 rupees are deducting.I call call-centre 6-7 times they said you've activated VAS service for games...
Though i didnt activated or click any link.....
Firstly they told me to check in DIVE IN but in there nothing is active..
Second they told to msg UNSUB to 55435.... No response from that side also....
I have lost 70-80 Rs till now and its going on daily....
(Suppose in case i have click any link)
So deactivate it immediately.
