Tata Docomo — Disconnected the sim | |||
Dear sir, I have done mobile number portability from Vodafone to TATA Docomo on last week of Feb, 2012. I have submitted the document to the retail docomo store in Srinagar. But after a week, my mobile got disconnected saying that I have not submitted the documents. I went to the main DOCOMO office, which is opposite to star bazar in Koramangala and submitted the documents again. Then they activated the connection. After few days again my number got disconnected and again I went to the office. And again they activated. But on 13th March they disconnected for the 4th time. This is like a harrassement to me. When I call the customer care executives, they will not give me any other details except they will ask me to go to Koramangala office again. I even mailed Tata Docomo customer care ([protected]@tatadocomo.com ) on 8th March, saying that I have submitted the document to Mr. Basavaraj and he is responsible if my documents are missing.
